83.72% of the world’s population owns a smartphone. Because of this, the digital landscape is transforming. What’s more, mobile devices are driving over half of the visits to websites.

What does this mean for your business? It means that if you don’t have a mobile app, you’re missing out on a tremendous opportunity to reach and engage with your target audience.

A custom mobile app helps your business stay relevant, build brand loyalty, and improve client relationships. If you are looking to develop or update a mobile app, here are five reasons your business needs a modern custom mobile app:

Mobile Apps Fosters Brand Loyalty

Small and midsize businesses are not left behind in the mobile app development trend. Many recognise that an effective mobile strategy involves more than just a mobile-friendly website.

A mobile app can help your business build brand loyalty. By giving users a mobile app, you’re giving them a convenient way to access your business anytime, anywhere. This level of convenience will keep users coming back to your app, and ultimately, your business.

A personalised mobile app can help build a relationship of trust with customers. And the results can be excellent. In fact, studies show that mobile app users are three times more likely to remain loyal to a brand than non-app users.

Mobile Apps Improve Customer Relationships

Custom mobile apps can help you improve customer relationships in several ways. First, mobile apps make it easy for customers to contact your business. They can also send notifications and updates directly to your customers’ mobile devices.
Another way mobile apps improve customer relationships is by providing a platform for two-way communication. This allows customers to share their feedback and suggestions directly with your business. Your business can use this feedback to improve the app and the overall user experience.

The messaging app Telegram, based in the cloud, is now the most popular non-game app in the world. Why? Because it loads quickly and is easy to use. The app doesn’t have any bells and whistles. It provides a great experience, which has made Telegram’s brand equity soar.

Mobile Apps Build Strong Customer Relationships

Custom mobile apps can help you improve customer relationships in several ways. By giving users an app, you’re providing them with a valuable tool that they can use to engage with your business on their terms.
Mobile apps make it easy for customers to contact your business. They can also send notifications and updates directly to your customers’ mobile devices. This is an excellent way to keep them updated on new products, sales, and other important information.

Apps can be used as engagement tools. Many brands offer app-only campaigns and deals to encourage engagement. These loyalty programs are an excellent way to attract and keep customers. Starbucks’ reward program is a great example. All of this works together to build and strengthen your customer relationships.

Mobile Apps Provide Convenient Access to Customers

Custom mobile apps provide convenient access to your customers. They can book appointments, make purchases, and even track shipments. This level of convenience keeps customers coming back, which ultimately leads to increased sales and revenue. Mobile apps are available to customers 24/7, unlike physical stores.

They are also much more convenient to access than websites, as they can be quickly and easily downloaded from app stores. Customers can answer their questions without speaking to a service representative and find the information they need without sifting through several web pages. The convenience of a mobile app is incredibly valuable to customers. This establishes your brand as a reliable resource customer can turn to again and again.

Mobile Apps Save Businesses Money

Mobile apps can save businesses money by eliminating the need for physical marketing materials and reducing marketing campaign costs. They can also automate certain business processes, such as appointment scheduling and customer service.

Mobile apps can generate revenue through in-app purchases, advertisements, and subscription fees. This provides an additional stream of income that can help offset the cost of developing and maintaining the app.

Additionally, mobile apps can help businesses cut down on paper usage. For example, rather than print out a boarding pass, many airlines now allow customers to show their mobile boarding pass at security checkpoints. This not only saves the airline money but is also more convenient for the customer.

Mobile apps offer several benefits that can save businesses money. When used correctly, they can be a powerful tool for reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

Mobile Apps Are Excellent Tools for Marketing and Advertising

Mobile apps are excellent marketing and advertising tools. They can promote new products, drive traffic to your website, and increase brand awareness. Mobile apps can collect customer data, such as demographics and purchase history. This information can create targeted marketing campaigns that are more likely to result in conversions. With features like specialised messaging, contact information, team information, and engagement tools like contests and campaigns, they can help you keep your branding consistent across all your channels.

Mobile apps can integrate with social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. This allows businesses to reach a wider audience and connect with potential customers on a deeper level. Mobile apps provide an opportunity for businesses to get creative with their marketing and advertising efforts.

Conclusion

As the world becomes increasingly digital, businesses must adapt to this change to stay relevant. Mobile apps allow businesses to tailor their offerings specifically to their customers’ preferences, which can predict future growth.
